The chairmanship of the EDGG is not a “closed club”. Any EDGG member may be nominated as a candidate for the Executive Committee by any member of the EDGG, including himself/herself. According to the Bylaws of the EDGG the Executive Committee  consist of three to seven members. The members of the Executive Committee aare elected for terms of two years. Membership automatically terminates at the time of the General Assembly, which is held in uneven years.
